Helpline for Youth with Sexual Questions

Do you have questions about your own or a friend's sexual thoughts, feelings or behaviors?

What's OK? is a website and helpline that offers free, confidential support and resources to youth and young adults with these types of concerns.

Compassionate and non-judgmental Helpline counselors specifically trained on sexual health, safe and unsafe sexual behavior, child sexual abuse, and prevention listen to your concerns, provide support, resources, feedback, and next-step guidance. They can help you problem-solve, address barriers that get in the way of safe decision making, and provide accurate information to help you determine the best paths available to you. They may share pieces from their FAQs or Blogs related to your concerns, or they may provide links to other organizations from our Resources including information on how to find a therapist or other helplines that can offer support, depending on what your needs are.

If you are not ready to talk to a counselor, you are also welcome to browse those FAQs, Blogs, and Resources on your own.
