Leadership

Stop It Now! has developed its public health approach, effective programs and international reach through the dedication of a small professional staff, an active Board of Directors, and a nationally recognized Expert Panel.

The Board of Directors and Expert Panel, representing all facets of the child sexual abuse issue, inform and guide program development and advocacy activities of the organization.

Stop It Now! was founded by Fran Henry and is currently led by Deborah Donovan Rice, Executive Director, both survivors of childhood sexual abuse.  Our staff and board members are from different class, ethnic, and religious backgrounds.  Professional backgrounds among staff and board span public health, sex offenderi treatment, domestic violence and advocacy perspectives.
